I. Return Conditions
  1. The returned products must be blue swimsuits, white swimsuits, or black swimsuits of the Gramoforo brand, and must be in a brand-new state that has not been used, washed, or damaged. The product labels, hangtags, packaging, etc. must be completely intact and not affect secondary sales.
  1. Return applications must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods (based on the logistics signing time). Return applications beyond this period will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  1. Returns due to product quality problems (such as fabric damage, loose stitching, serious inconsistency between size and marking, etc.) are not restricted by the above-mentioned usage status. You can apply for a return with relevant certificates, and we will bear the return shipping fee; for returns due to non-quality problems (such as personal dissatisfaction with color, style, etc.), the return shipping fee shall be borne by you.
  1. Customized swimsuits (with special size, pattern customization, etc.) are not eligible for return due to their particularity. Please carefully confirm the relevant information before placing an order.

The specific arrival time is subject to the processing speed of the bank or payment platform; if the goods do not meet the return conditions, we will send the goods back to you by the original route, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by you.
