I. Order Processing Service
- Order Confirmation: After you successfully submit an order and complete the payment on the official Gramoforo website (www.gramoforo.com), the system will automatically generate an order number. We will review the order information, including product model, color, size, shipping address, contact information, etc., within 1 working day. Please check and reply to the information in a timely manner to avoid affecting the order processing progress.
- Inventory Management: We will update the product inventory information on the official website in real-time. However, due to the synchronous processing of global orders, there may be rare cases where a product is temporarily out of stock after you place an order. In such cases, we will inform you through the above contact methods within 2 working days and provide you with two solutions: one is to replace it with a product of the same series in another color or size (if available), with the price difference refunded or supplemented; the other is to cancel the order for that product, and we will fully refund the corresponding amount. The refund will be returned according to the original payment method, and the arrival time is subject to the processing speed of the bank or payment platform.

II. Global Shipping Service
- Shipping Range: We provide global shipping services. No matter where you are in Asia, Europe, America, Africa, or Oceania, we can deliver the products to you as long as your location is within the delivery range of the courier service provider. However, some remote areas (such as islands, war-torn areas, etc.) may require an additional remote area delivery fee. The specific fee will be displayed when you place an order, and you can decide whether to continue the purchase according to your own situation.
- Shipping Method: According to the country or region you are in, we will choose cooperating international courier service providers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) for delivery to ensure transportation efficiency and safety. Generally, the shipping timeframe for orders in Asia is 7-15 working days, 10-20 working days for Europe and America, and 15-30 working days for Africa, Oceania, and other remote areas. Please note that the shipping timeframe is only an estimated time and does not include customs clearance time. - Tariffs and Taxes: The price of Gramoforo swimsuits does not include tariffs, value-added taxes, and other taxes in the destination country or region. These fees shall be borne by you in accordance with local customs regulations. Tax policies vary from country to country and region to region. It is recommended that you understand the relevant local regulations before placing an order to avoid unnecessary trouble when receiving the goods. If the goods are returned due to your failure to pay taxes promptly, the return shipping fee and related losses shall be borne by you.
III. Product After-Sales Guarantee Service
- Handling of Product Quality Issues: If the Gramoforo swimsuit you receive has quality problems (such as fabric damage, loose stitching, poor workmanship, etc.), please send clear photos of the problematic product (including the overall appearance and detailed defects) and the order number to customer@gramoforo.com within 7 working days after receiving the goods. Our professional quality inspectors will review it within 3 working days. After confirming that it is a quality problem, we will provide you with free return and exchange services, and we will bear the shipping costs for return and exchange. - Handling of Size Discrepancies: If the size of the swimsuit you receive has an obvious discrepancy with the size marked on the official website (with an error exceeding ±2cm), please contact us in accordance with the above method for handling quality problems. After confirmation, you can apply for free return and exchange. However, it should be noted that the difference in size perception caused by different personal body measurement methods does not belong to the category of size discrepancy. For such cases requiring return or exchange, the shipping fee shall be borne by you.
